Refund & Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase*, you may return the unworn item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories (e.g., shoe bag) included. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Unsure about sizing?
We recommend ordering two or more sizes if uncertain. You may return the unworn sizes within 14 days for a full refund, provided the items meet the return condition requirements.
Sale Items
- Items purchased at a discount of less than 30% are eligible for return for store credit or size exchange.
- Items discounted by 30% or more are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at info@loopoutdoors.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) and detailed return instructions. Returns received without prior approval may not be accepted.
Faulty Items
While rare, faults can occasionally occur. We stand by the quality of our products and suppliers. If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us to arrange an inspection. If deemed defective, the item will be replaced. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product or a refund. Sale items may be returned if they are faulty.
Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We require photos of the damaged packaging or items to assist in resolving the issue promptly.
